Family Medicine Physician

Schedule
- Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
- On Call Requirements: Phone call only and shared amongst a large group

Position Details
- Patient Demographic: Newborns, pediatric, children, geriatric, and adult
- Access to a wide variety of specialty care when your patients need additional care
- 2 exam rooms per provider
- 18 patients per 8-hour day
- Clinical setting
- Outpatient only
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing time: 90 days
Requirements
- BC/BE Family Medicine - Required
- Active CO license - Highly Preferred
- COVID vaccination - Required
