Overview

The Facility Technician at our Clive, UT facility will be responsible for hands-on material handling operations performing warehouse duties, loading and offloading vans using forklift and completing required paperwork for waste tracking/regulatory purposes. This position will help fill staff needs for a new project that will help shred non-flammable paint materials into roll off bins using forklifts to unload containers. Day and night shift(s) available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority at all times
• Comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes
• Assist with outbound load paperwork
• Perform 55-Gallon Drum loading/unloading
• Use of handheld scanner
• Forklift operation when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a warehouse or similar industrial setting is preferred
• Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)
• Forklift and/or DOT training, is a strong asset
• Verbal and E-mail communication skills
• Basic Computer knowledge is required
