Summary: The manager serves in a key oversight role managing and maintaining the company's assets. These assets include: physical facilities (warehouse, shop, office), vehicle fleet, restoration equipment, power tools. Management of these assets includes preventive maintenance (PM), routine maintenance, facility maintenance and equipment minor repairs. The individual serves within the emergency services division and in conjunction with similar functions with the Meridian/Boise office.

Essential Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Professionally represents the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity
• Manages company asset inventory systems for facilities, vehicles and equipment
• Performs Idaho Falls preventive maintenance (pm) activities
• Manages lockout/tagout system
• Performs minor building, equipment, tools repairs & maintenance
• Perform facility and equipment directives from senior leadership
  
• Adheres to workplace and equipment safety standards
• Coordinates bulk supply orders within the Idaho Falls office and in conjunction with the Meridian/Boise office
• Pursues best pricing on parts, supplies, services and equipment under his/her purview

Performance Standards:

• Demonstrated inventory system adherence and improvement
• Improved expense position resulting from improved preventive maintenance (pm) program adherence
• Ensuring uniforms are kept in good condition
• Employees will behave in a professional and mature manner when representing this company. (NO profanity, NO smoking NO horseplay, etc.)
• All job-related documentation will be brought up to date daily and placed in the proper location according to the next action to be taken
• Company facility, vehicle, equipment and tools cleanliness status standards improvement

Needed Skills/Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to follow detailed directions
• Computer/Information System competency
• Prior experience with inventory and pm systems
• High school graduation/equivalent (i.e., GED, etc.)
• Valid Driver’s License and copy of current driving history issued by the DMV

Physical Demands: Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, handling, smelling and hearing. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
