JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Facilities Manager

Location: Taylor, PA

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Metz Environmental Services is hiring a Facilities Manager in Taylor, PA. We are a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high quality service and care to our client-partners and the community. This position helps manage the department, reporting to the Director of Facilities. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating installations and refurbishments
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeeper, housekeepers etc.) and external contractors with the assistance of the Director of Facilities
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Keep accurate records of facilities operations

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Well-versed in facilities management best practices
• Experience managing facilities personnel
