Fabricator/Feeder Bowl Technician

QSI Automation, Inc. has been serving our customers since our founding in 1988. We build and service fully automated cells, feeder systems, injection molds, and plastic injection machinery along with providing custom machining services. We are looking to grow our team by adding an additional Fabricator/Feeder Bowl Technician. This is a fulltime hourly position that is responsible for performing sheet metal and structural steel welded assemblies.

Job Requirements Include:

· Moderate level of blueprint reading

· Ability to efficiently use metal forming tools

· Education/certification/experience with welding

· Ability to MIG weld at an advanced level

· Experience welding various materials (stainless, alum, mild steel, tool steel, etc.)

· Basic mechanical assembly and troubleshooting

· Occasional domestic travel (Indiana and neighboring states)

Additional Helpful Skills/Experience:

· Vibrator feeder bowl concepting/design/build

· Ability to TIG weld at an advanced level

· Basic electrical knowledge ~ AC & DC circuits
