For our restaurant in Santa Barbara Theater and Museum district, we are seeking qualified and experienced waiters to support the continued strong growth of our business.
We are committed to providing exceptional service to all our guests and we are looking for someone who also shares that same focus upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience and maintaining our company's vision and values.
At least 2 years of experience is requested.
Fluent knowledge of the English language is essential while Spanish and basic Italian will be really appreciated.
Personable demeanor and affable, candidates possess an overall happy, friendly attitude, demonstrate clear communication skills and passion for details, and are able to work in a team environment.
Uses strong customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide array of customers, including international travelers, develops and maintains professional relationships with regular clientèle, and markets specialty items to increase billing and revenue.
Desired Qualifications
- Able to show a stable work history;
- Previous food and beverage experience as a server in full-service restaurants are requested.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be available on holidays, weekends, and for special events, as required.
