POSITION SUMMARY
The Exhibit Designer will create 3D Brand solutions for our clients. The Exhibit Designer communicates with internal and external staff to create inspiration boards with concepts ideas or thoughts. The position requires the ability to formulate, brainstorm and develop rough concepts, cross referencing with the team and seeks input from the client to bring all the pieces together. The Exhibit Designer then refines and improve concepts, taking and making them real using AutoCAD 3d- Line drawings and using 3ds Max-renderings to bring the ideas to life. The Exhibit Designer must regroup the team for final input to ensure the message is provided and both structural and financial criteria are met. The Exhibit Designer ultimately provides a culmination of elements which facilitates the marketing experience for the host and guest within a controlled environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Leads the design flow, strategy meetings, internal reviews and launch meeting.
- Collaborate with client, and other project participants to understand the project assignment, audience, and intended message.
- Brainstorm and create original visual 3D medium that communicates a desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way.
- Prepare drafts of design work and provide samples to clients or other appropriate staff or departments for review.
- Revise and refines projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.
- Collaborate with team members as needed on complex or specialized projects.
- Prepare print orders and assembly instructions on notification of final approval.
- Maintain record of billable project time, as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bachelor’s degree with major or significant coursework in Industrial Design, Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines preferred.
- 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong AutoCAD 3D Line Drawings and 3 ds Max-Rendering Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Create Suite, or other similar design software.
- Organized with diligence to detail.
- Ability to work independently on an assignment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
