Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. This position provides high level administrative support to the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and any other executive staff. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing special projects, scheduling, handling information requests, and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the executive team. The individual in this role must be proactive and possess the ability to manage conflicting priorities of various people, work well with various groups within the organization, excel at time management, and effectively handle internal and external communications.

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Work primarily with the President/CEO, members of the executive team and the Board of Directors to facilitate robust, complex business initiatives
- Manage the President/CEO’s workflow and priorities by knowing their priorities, managing their schedules, anticipating next steps, and relieving them of administrative duties so they can attend to the most pressing business priorities
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the schedules, meeting commitments, and communications for executives
- Manage the executive team’s corporate travel, meetings and offsites by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
- Review, file, and prepare documents to provide pertinent information to the executive team
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes in various meetings
- Apply the utmost discretion given exposure to the most sensitive company information that others within the company may not be privy to
- Be an ambassador of company culture through engagement with Rincon staff and external clients
- Handle special projects as assigned

This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Following:*
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication or related field of study; paralegal certificate helpful
- 3+ years’ experience providing executive level support
- Exhibit sound judgment with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and facilitate decision-making
- Demonstrated history of successfully handling sensitive and confidential information
- Professional, collaborative, and effective in communicating across all levels of an organization
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and teams
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, calm under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs (MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)

The base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$104,000, plus benefits and bonus. At Rincon, our salary ranges are based on market median of similar jobs, according to third party salary benchmark surveys. The base pay that is actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
