Overview

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a minimum six (6) years of experience as an Executive Administrator, and preferably at least two (2) years in a DoD/Space environment.

Responsibilities

  • The Executive Administrator will be responsible for taking on the duties of a senior office administrator reporting to senior Space Force leadership.
  • Specific job duties entail preparing and proofreading briefings and executive correspondence, maintaining databases to track and coordinate personnel-related efforts, maintaining senior leader Outlook appointment calendars, managing conference room schedules, and managing travel reservations and vouchers for senior Space Force leadership.
  • Applicant will also be responsible for supporting host requirements for senior military, senior government officials, senior defense support contractors, and community leaders.

Skills Required

Ideal applicants will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Proficient in the use of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams, Task Management Tool (TMT), and Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition policies and processes
  • Senior-level government office administration experience is desirable
  • Applicant must be able to work in a team environment
  • Active Secret security clearance is required
  • US Citizenship required
  • Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000
