Events and Fundraising Specialist

St. Barnabas Health System (St. Barnabas Charities) is seeking a sharp and motivated marketing-minded individual for a lead role in the development department. Core responsibilities include planning five major annual fundraising events in addition to capital campaigns and non-traditional programs. Extremely organized and detail-oriented individual with marketing and sales experience preferred.

• Organizing fundraising events and working with volunteers
• Writing sponsor proposals and presenting to potential sponsors
• Creating marketing and promotional activities including social media
• Solicit in-kind donations
• Donor communication

Job Qualifications

Qualifications as Events and Fundraising Specialist:

• Proven work experience as a Fundraiser or similar role
• Experience in a fundraising position
• Creativity and persuasion skills
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership qualities
• Relevant donor database experience, Raisers Edge preferred.

Pay: $45,494.43 - $50,745.98 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Organizing fundraising events: 2 years (Preferred)
