Job Summary: Kris Krohn Events is seeking an Event Registration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for registering individuals for live in-person events, selling tickets and upgrading tickets as required, as well as preparing and working the events. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Register individuals for live in-person events

• Sell tickets and upgrade tickets as required
• Assist with event preparation, including setup and breakdown of registration areas
• Work events, providing excellent customer service to all attendees
• Troubleshoot any registration issues that may arise during events
• Maintain accurate records of event attendance and ticket sales

• Communicate effectively with other members of the events team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in event registration or a related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
