Kolb Electric is seeking experienced Electrical Estimators (who can also project manage small to mid-size projects that they have estimated)to join our thriving team. In this exciting and rewarding position, the Electrical Estimators/Project Managers will meet with customers to develop a scope of work, estimate, win and deliver the project. This is a critical role that will drive projects from planning and development, through delivery and customer satisfaction. The right Estimator/Project Manager will have 5-7 years of Electrical Estimation/Project Management experience, with practical Design-Build skill sets, and a history of delivering quality projects on time and on budget. Duties and Responsibilities for Electrical Estimators/Project Managers Include:
- Conduct site visits for estimate requests with commercial property, property management or residential customers
- Accurately estimate, prepare quote & win project opportunity utilizing existing estimating software
- Manage your won projects from start to finish
- Order material from vendor, stage, schedule and manage project through completion
- Exceed clients expectations and deliver outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as necessary for success
Requirements for Electrical Estimators/Project Managers Include:
- Minimum of 5 years Electrical Estimating/Project Management experience
- Valid driver's license and 3 points or less
- Professional license and certifications preferred
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office, Project Manager and electrical estimation software
- Personable and customer focused demeanor
- Drug, Motor Vehicle and Background Screens required
- Cooperative, positive attitude
- Professional appearance at all times
