What will you do?

In this role you will create well-designed proposals on manufactured components & systems for our customers while providing technical information, support and service to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete an extensive, hands-on training program
• Respond to inbound requests from our established sales team for product and pricing information, quote status, or other requests for assistance
• Design and price all Martin Sprocket & Gear material handling equipment, as well as made to order OEM components, completing quotations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Read through customer specification packets and work with our engineering team to provide the best solution and design on large scale projects.
• Provide technical and non-technical support and services to inside and outside sales or other staff members regarding the use, operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Work closely with our machine shop and other facilities throughout the quotation to order process.
• Salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent profit-sharing plan.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-2 years sales/customer service experience is preferred
• Must have mechanical aptitude and/or technical inclination
• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems and make decisions
