Environmental Project Manager - Open
Trihydro, a leading environmental and engineering consulting firm, is seeking a talented Environmental Project Manager to join our Government Services Business Unit. In this role, you will work with our federal clients, including the Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force, Navy, and Department of Interior, to provide innovative solutions to environmental challenges.
As an Environmental Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management for a variety of environmental and remediation projects. This will involve field work such as soil and groundwater assessment, drilling, soil core logging, and aquifer testing, as well as office tasks like data management, technical report preparation, and project management. You will also be responsible for the administration and oversight of health and safety programs at project sites and maintaining effective communication with project managers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, a commitment to safe operations, and familiarity with small business teaming arrangements. A willingness to travel for field work (up to 25-35% of the time) is also required. The preferred candidate will be based in Laramie, WY, or Lakewood, CO, although other locations may be considered for strong candidates.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
At least 10 years of relevant experience on Federal projects
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Geology, Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
A strong work history that demonstrates a commitment to safety
Self-motivation and the ability to meet project deadlines
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The willingness to travel to client sites and other Trihydro offices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and familiarity with other Microsoft applications such as Project, Teams, and SharePoint is helpful.
A clean driving record
Additional qualifications we would prefer in a candidate include:
Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and producing high-quality work
Previous employment experience related to environmental remediation in the Federal sector
Experience managing field events in an industrial setting
