Job description

Responsibilities Include:

• Adjust, maintain and troubleshoot blank and web fed folding machines according to safety, quality and production guidelines
• Read instructions from job tickets and set up machines based on instructions
• Complete tasks accurately and timely while ensuring safety, quality and production standards are met
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule
• Responsible for training additional crew members as needed
• Other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor, including overtime when workload dictates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience operating , troubleshooting & maintaining envelope converting equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with F.L Smithe equipment
• Strong mechanical ability
• Self-motivated, good problem solving skills, and detail oriented
• Must be able to read a job ticket and use a ruler and complete basic mathematical equations
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• This is a second shift position (3:30 pm to Midnight)
• Extensive training on first shift (7 am to 3:30 pm) prior to going on second shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
