We are a personal training company that specializes in a unique slow-motion strength training method. We've been in business for over 20 years and have more than 70 private fitness studios nationwide including 9 in our Washington, DC area: Bethesda, MD; Falls Church, VA; Reston, VA; Burke, VA; Rockville, MD; Fairfax, VA; Wheaton, MD; Alexandria, VA; and Centerville, VA.
We are specifically looking to hire in our Burke, Reston, Falls Church, and Bethesda studios!

No prior fitness experience or fitness education is required! We fully certify you with our extensive in-house certification (which takes about 3 to 4 weeks).
Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected pay range for our personal trainers is $17.50 to $28.30 per hour

Qualifications & qualities we are looking for:

• No prior fitness experience or fitness education is required - we will personally certify you!
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Passionate about helping others transform their health and fitness
• Coachable, charismatic, dependable, high work ethic
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Motivated by financial goals and sales driven

Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with effective, safe, and efficient workouts
• Generate client and staff referrals
• Retain clients and restart inactive clients
• Produce high client satisfaction scores
• Sign and renew client training packages
• Practice and exemplify our company values
• Partner with our nutrition coaches to support the client's nutrition goals and/or weight loss coaching
• Complete daily assigned tasks and responsibilities related to client follow-up and studio-related items

Pay: $17.50 - $28.30 per hour
