POSITION SUMMARY: *Bilingual encouraged to apply*
The Call Center Agent position exists to service non-delinquent active status loans an excellent customer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Handles various types of inbound/outbound customer service phone calls
- Documents all contacts, verifying customer contact information, reason for call, and resolution.
- Assists new hires as needed
- Excels in the areas of teamwork and customer service every day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish a plus.
- Experience in a call center environment preferred, but not required.
- Computer competency with Microsoft Office and typing skills at minimum 25 wpm.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent telephone, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
