Position Summary:

We are seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist to work at our brand‐new gorgeous space in the most sought‐after area of downtown Phoenix, Block 23 at Cityscape. This position reports to the Supervisor, Customer Success. The successful candidate will enjoy taking inbound and making outbound calls, researching inquiries, assessing customer needs, and communicating appropriate enrollment options. This is a hybrid position that will work a weekly schedule that includes a combination of working remotely as well as time in our brand‐new office.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Sales Team to assist with prospect inquiries.
  • Gather information needed to set up new new customer portfolios.
  • Responsible for closing accounts including system set-up and including the collection of toll deposits.
  • Respond to inquiries and demonstrates a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and create customer profiles.
  • Prepare standard reports.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments.
  • Assist with planning and implementing department goals. Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous Tele‐sales or Sales experience (preferred, not required).
  • Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English (preferred not required).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance workload in a fast‐paced environment.
