Job description
The Enhancement Crew Leader ensures that the work done is of quality and according to the standards of Elite Grounds. Complete your work in the amount of time and in a way that is safe for you, your team members, and customers.
Pay is between $18.00 to $24.00 based on experience. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday. Some Saturday work may be requested.

Responsibilities:
- Follow a schedule (Crew Leader)
- Follow and conduct all safety inspections and procedures (Crew Leader)
- Turn in damaged equipment to be fixed daily
Skill Set:
- Landscape installation experience preferred but not required
- Willing to learn if you don’t have the experience
- Construct rock/stone gardens, raised planter boxes, and flagstone pathways
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs
Install or upgrade sprinkler systems
- Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Be detail-oriented
- Able to work with a crew member
