The Endpoint Asset Administrator manages all of Stride Inc ordering of IT endpoint equipment including laptops and end-user software. Responsible for overall Stride asset management program and maintaining the endpoint asset room in a clean orderly fashion and ensure all new-hire requests are handled in a timely fashion. This is a full-time, onsite role in Stride’s new headquarters, located in Reston, VA.

- Maintain accurate endpoint asset inventory in the Corp provided software/platform;
- Provided quarterly data/reports to display lifecycle data to ensure replacement of older machines in a timely manner;
- Assist in ordering of equipment from Stride vendors, including submission and receiving of equipment within Stride purchasing guidelines;
- Liaison between Stride and vendors used for asset fulfillment/purchasing;
- Maintain a neat and clean asset room, organized and easy to locate items;
- Be proficient with both PC based and Mac operating systems;
- Act as a backup endpoint specialist when needed due to staffing levels or increased need in the office;
- Ensure timely communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years’ experience in asset mgmt., IT help desk, service desk, or retail IT support setting; OR
- 4 years’ professional work experience, INCLUDING at least 2 years’ experience in an IT help desk, service desk, or retail IT support setting
Certificates and Licenses: None required.

- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree
- Familiarity with Android phone platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management

- This is an office-based position in the Reston, VA headquarters. The noise level in the office is usually moderate (computers, printers, light foot traffic).

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.
- We anticipate this position will pay $20.00 per hour. This is a temporary/contractor role and you will be an employee of Randstad. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
