JD for Empower Consultant

  • Experience in working with Waters Empower Enterprise systems
  • Experience in deployment of Empower application in servers, Lace box deployment and ICS and ICOPS configuration, setup of global system policies
  • Hands-on experience in preparing/ executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols is desirable
  • Experience in troubleshooting the access related issues, instrument failures, data incomplete issues, Instrument method/processing methods/reporting methods, Instrument project backups/ restorations
  • Experience in creating various types of custom fields/ projects/ node configurations
  • Good hands-on experience on Instrument Configuration including HPLC, GC, UPLC with Empower application
  • Experience in Oracle/ SQL database is desirable
  • Knowledge of Nugenesis SDMS is added advantage
  • Very good understanding of Computer System Validation, Lab system validation
  • Very good understanding of Change management with Lab IT Systems
  • Experience in Integration of empower with other lab systems like LIMS/ SDMS etc is plus
  • Must have exposure to GXP compliance systems including 21 CFR part 11 compliance
  • Having the pharma domain knowledge in Lab processes is added advantage
  • Experience in handling Incident Management/ Problem Management/ Change Management
  • Experience in using HPQC is value added

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
