Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing team members to create campaigns that develop emotional connections with target audiences while educating, informing, and building brand awareness amongst leads, and converting leads to customers and advocates.
- Develop campaign wireframes (workflow plans) and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Review messages prior to deployment to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and compliant with FCC, HIPAA, CCPA, and other regulatory organizations.
- Track campaign progress, report campaign performance, and make recommendations for future campaign iterations.
- Suggest, deploy, and iterate A/B and MVT forms, blast emails, automated responses, and automated journeys to identify high-converting components, messaging, and strategies, and use these learnings to heighten customer engagement and optimize customer journeys.
- Collaborate to develop promotional strategies and influence consideration of customer-sought product features.
- Collaborate with marketing operations to conduct and analyze consumer sentiment, including NPS, CSAT, and CES.
- Create all data-intake forms in Gravity Forms or HubSpot, and collaborate with the marketing ops data team to ensure data is piped to correct CRM or HubSpot instance.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings with department director to ensure projects are proceeding on a timely basis and are on-track for meeting personal, department, and organization KPIs.
- Assist with program and process documentation.

4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Minimum Years of Experience
3 years B2B and B2C automated marketing.
3 years HubSpot Marketing hub
3 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 marketing automation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Organized and effective at time management.
- Works with minimal supervision; easily assumes accountability and responsibility.
- Self-starter motivated to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Happy disposition, positive attitude, and sensitive to the needs of others.
- Works well with others.
- Working knowledge of, or proficiency in, American Sign Language (ASL) is a big plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot email-automation features.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with Gravity Forms, WordPress plugin a plus.
- Proficiency in Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar planning or visualization tools.
- Certification in these apps would ensure you stand out amongst other candidates.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Communicates effectively and confidently face-to-face, by telephone, and via written or digital communications.
- Confident manager of simultaneous processes and timelines.
- Draft and operationalize simple and complex automated customer journeys.
- Improve customer experience across the entire customer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
- Manage multiple projects with ease and perform under pressure.
- Effectively collaborate with disparate team members.

- Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.
- Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments.
