Job description

We are looking for a person that has a desire to learn electrical and motor controls in an agriculture enviroment. Daily duties include preventative maintenance on all electrical components and ensuring poultry equipment is operational and working correctly, including but not limited to fan motors, electrical panels, electrical switch gear, and backup generators. Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code preferred, but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Meet daily with all managers, via in person, email, or phone call to determine what tasks are to be completed and what areas need help.
• Maintain daily records of work orders, ensure proper completion of work orders, and assign importance to work orders as they are created.
• Perform daily, weekly, and/or monthly PM's and keep accurate records of all PM tasks per department.
• Abillity and willingness to work hands on with projects to fix issues and complete tasks in all climates and areas of Dakota Layers.
• An understanding of animal agriculture and general need for animal biosecurity.
• Proactive work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,082.00 - $57,268.00 per year
