Spang Power Electronics has an opening for an Electrical-Mechanical Designer at its Mentor, OH, Sandy Lake, PA, or Pittsburgh, PA location. Responsibilities will include generating mechanical and electrical documentation using AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, and Vault applications. This requires working closely with Systems Engineering to prepare drawing packages, reconcile BOMs, participate in design reviews and kick-off meetings, and all the associated duties related to the design/drafting of our systems. Occasional travel between locations is required.

A bachelor’s or associate degree, preferably in a technical discipline, along with experience in preparing electrical and mechanical designs of industrial equipment for manufacturing is required.
