Job description
Keyes North Atlantic, Inc. is an electrical and mechanical design firm in Newton that has
been in business for over 65 years. We seek an experienced individual to join our design
team. The basic function of the Electrical Designer is to handle design work associated
with the development of plans and specifications on a number of concurrent projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform calculations and operate various software as directed by engineers,
- Obtain field data by conducting site visits and documenting conditions.
- Firm working knowledge of building codes.
- Perform CAD functions proficiently and transmit format acceptable to the client,
- Qualifications:
- 3-5 years exp. developing plans and specifications in the electrical discipline
- Proficient in computer, AutoCAD and other appropriate software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Lutron lighting systems and security systems is a plus!
