A North Central Wyoming Medical Center is looking for an experienced Nurse Educator to join their Nursing Leadership team to help continue the advancement of care in the community.

This 100+ bed hospital provides a full range of medical services including a Birthing Center, Cancer Care, Emergency Care, Advanced Imaging and Laboratory Services, and Surgical Services. The Nurse Educator will join a team of experienced and new graduate health care professionals with the help of the hospital's Residency Program.

Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Educator will provide direction and support to the nursing and ancillary hospital staff while setting a standard of providing high quality, patient-centered care. They will facilitate working relationships with other healthcare personnel throughout the health system and oversee the development and implementation of all education programs within the hospital.

The Nurse Educator will lead the charge in coordinating and monitoring speciality certifications such as ACLS and PALS. They will direct the Clinical Residency Program and develop improved onboarding and orientation programs. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of experience as an educator within an inpatient setting.

Located in the Northern Central Valley of Wyoming, the Nurse Educator will enjoy mountain views to both the east and west.
