MSAD #53 is seeking a Library Assistant (Ed. Tech III certification) to support library services in our elementary and middle school libraries. Responsibilities will include assisting students and staff with locating and using print and digital sources, assisting with student supervision, and assisting with elementary (K-4) library instruction. Experience working in a school or library setting is preferred, as well as knowledge of children's literature, excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.This is a part time position - 29.5 hours per week. Salary is per Collective Bargaining Agreement, the range is $16.50-$23.10 depending on experience.Start Date: August 29, 2023Applications can be found on our website, www.msad53.org.
