Job description

Courtland Construction Corp. is looking for an Earthwork, Utility, and Roadway Supervisor. Ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience leading a crew and completing projects. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Candidate must be an effective communicator with the ability to train and delegate tasks. Commitment to safety is a must. Our headquarters are based in Milton and our jobs will be located throughout Northern Vermont for emergency calls (burst waterlines, etc) through the winter. Job site will resume in Northfield in the spring.

Responsibilities Include:
Plan and build projects involving earthwork, utility pipelines, and roadways
Short term scheduling
Direct management of crew and equipment
Completing work per plan and specification
Overseeing projects from beginning to end

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour
