Job description
Our client is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to join our eDiscovery Services team. This position combines hands-on facility with various software, including Relativity, and the ability to consult with legal teams to identify the most effective workflows for their matters. Qualified candidates for this position will have experience in providing a full range of support and technical assistance to legal teams in a fast-paced environment.
This position can be remote but successful candidates will be required to be on-site periodically for training, team meetings, and other occasions, as needed.

Information from client:
Team size is 3
1 week in the office per month - other than that they will be remote
On-call rotation - 1 week per month (5-9pm ET and then 10-6 ET Sat/Sun)
Interview process will be 4 virtual interviews
The eDiscovery Analysts:
- Handle all facets of importing and processing data, creating and maintaining databases and preparing electronic document productions;
- Assist in developing effective database searches;
- Managing the technical administration of document reviews;
- Provide training to legal teams and contract staff on litigation support software applications;
- Monitor metrics and communicate with legal teams on project progress;
- Troubleshoot technical issues with incoming data and software applications; and
- Assist in the evaluation, selection and implementation of technology solutions.

- The selected individual will have initiative and ability to take on new responsibilities, work independently or as a member of a project team.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, reason logically, make sound decisions, and be able to support the decision to multiple audiences including Manager of eDiscovery Services and legal team. Ability to multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy and work in a multi-office environment.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years’ of Relativity experience including processing, productions, searching, administrative functions or 5 – 7 years of eDiscovery experience and some Relativity experience.
- A background with Case Notebook, MS Access and ReadySuite a plus. Only those with litigation support/eDiscovery experience will be considered for this position.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Analysts must be able to take on-call for one week each month. On-call runs Monday – Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Eastern) and on Saturday/Sunday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Eastern).
