Summary:

Justrite Safety Group is looking for Product Marketing Manager who will support our vision of being the trusted supplier of choice for industrial safety products. The manager will help to bridge the gap between customer needs and digital marketing efforts through research and collaboration with product management and engineering. Manager will drive product strategy and coordinate implementation with digital marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep understanding of product portfolio, target audience, personas, and customer needs.
  • Map the customer journey from end to end utilizing research, surveys, and google analytics.
  • Serve as marketing subject matter expert to segment/target/position a product and craft unique value propositions that will be used across digital channels.
  • Create product marketing strategies that align with business objectives to optimize brand sales, category focus, traffic acquisition and site conversion.
  • Be hands on with excel spreadsheets to analyze weekly/monthly/annual category and product sales data.
  • Plan and oversee development of educational asset gaps, and work with stakeholders to develop collateral.
  • Develop category specific competitive analysis to re-position products and provide price analysis as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for products and marketing initiatives, makes recommendations to leadership.
  • Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection, identify assortment gaps, and improve website performance.
  • Provide content recommendations to internal and external content teams, and oversee website product promotions, and landing page content.
  • Develop and own the process for incoming technical FAQs with product and engineering teams.
  • Focus on lifetime value of customer and establish and program manage the website loyalty programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
  • Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest
  • Works well as a member of a group
  • Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
  • Takes initiative
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
  • 5 years: Product marketing and/or product management experience.
  • 2 years: Brand Management
  • E-commerce or Digital marketing experience, strong understanding of SEO best practices, google analytics, project management experience.
