BRHC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will assist in the daily care, activities of daily living, community inclusion, and other skill-based activities of intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals in group home setting. Come be a part of our team!!

Shifts: Flexibility! ALL shifts are available! Full Time-Part Time, Weekends

• Tues.-Sat. 3:00-11:00pm (afternoon)
• Sun.-Wed. 11:00PM-9:00AM (overnight)
• Thur.-Sun. 9:00PM-9:00AM (Th); 9:00PM-7:00AM (Fri); 11:00PM-7:00AM (Sat.); 11:00PM-9:00AM (Sun)
• Sun-Mon.(PT) 7:00AM-3:00PM (Sun); 1:00PM-9:00PM (Mon)
• Sat-Sun. (PT) 7:00AM-3:00PM

Sat.-Sun (PT) 3:00PM-11:00PM

Shift schedule will vary for each Group home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities as per their ISP
• Provide support to individuals for community inclusion
• Implement vocational and pre-vocational programs
• Assist individuals with all day habilitation program and activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable program environment

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or other related fields is a plus
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & various background checks
