RGL Logistics, the company that helps you reinvent logistics by asking 'WHAT IF' to come up with creative solutions that simplify, improve and slash waste, has an opening for a Drivers Services Specialist. Our Neenah location position will work Monday - Friday 6AM-2PM.

Our Distribution Specialist will mainly be responsible for:

• Performs administrative processes for Distribution Center, tasks include but not limited to processing all outbound and inbound orders, shipping in SAP and WMS using EDI for all customers, printing all related paperwork and filing.
• Clear daily work-flow errors through close coordination with Distribution Specialists, IT and other external resources.
• Works with all warehouse Foremen, Ops managers, and Team members to ensure accurate information is communicated to prioritize orders based on Load By Times.
• Assist all internal and external customers via email and phone calls with questions and scheduling / deliveries.
• Provides pertinent load information to drivers.
• Faxes Order paperwork to customers or authorized agencies as required.
• Maintain yard management visibility to Warehouse and customer through JDA / SAP system, as well as work with Warehouse foreman on coordinating dock activity.
• Month End Reconciliation
• Follows all safety rules and guidelines as it pertains to position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years customer service experience in a fast paced, demanding environment. Previous experience in the transportation/warehousing industry a plus!
• Technology savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven organization skills
• Demonstrated effective communication skills
