Job description
- Review customer requirements/ specifications during proposal phase, identify engineering issues to sales group.
- Perform design calculations / analysis of company's products for submittal to customers. Develop designs and testing for new products.
- Develop knowledge of applicable design codes: AISC, API, EPA, ADM and NFPA.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate working knowledge of AISC requirements of steel structures. Knowledge of aluminum design is a plus.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Fluent in English both written and oral.
- Freedom to travel to job sites, domestic and international.
- Engage in technical conversations with vendors and customers.
- Assist in sales presentations.
Abilities:
- Meet project deadlines.
- Plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
- Work independent and in team environment with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
Other:
- Must pass background check and drug and alcohol screening.
- Must be eligible for immediate full time work in Warren, PA.
Pay:
Based on experience and qualifications (negotiable.)
