JOB SUMMARYAs Architectural Drafter, you will be responsible for the production and coordination of construction documents for hotels and implement dealership projects.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare schematic design, design development and construction document drawings using Revit or AutoCAD software under the direction of the Architectural Design Manager.
- Coordinate with architect and engineers as required.
- Reference building codes and franchise standards as needed for projects and use information to make informed decisions on drawings.
- 2-year degree in an Architectural or Construction related field, or minimum 4 years of job experience.
- Possess knowledge of the principles and practices involved in architectural design.
- Possess knowledge of techniques in designing, constructing, and maintaining architectural projects.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and a desire to participate as part of a team.
- Possess proficient computer skills including knowledge of MS Office products, Revit, AutoCAD.
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
