Responsibilities:

• Following designed route for tire deliveries
• Complete vehicle inspections at start of day
• Load/unload tires
• Use tablets to record deliveries and ensure payment
• Relay feedback to sales and dispatch team
• Troubleshoot customer issues on the spot where possible
• Abide by all state and federal traffic laws
• All other necessary duties as assigned

Candidate requirements:

• Team player, with competitive drive to achieve personal and team goals
• Valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record
• High school, GED, or equivalent diploma
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and twist continuously throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs unaided and repetitiously
• Submit to a formal background check and random drug screening
• Available for overtime Saturday shifts on a rotating basis

Compensation:

Compensation ranges from $11-18 per hour based on experience and completion of training. $500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments at 30 and 60 days. After 90 days, employees become eligible for benefits.
