Job description

Position Purpose: In this position you must manage and execute fundraising efforts to meet established goals through individual donor work, campaigns, special events, etc. This role is to cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective donors to meet and/or exceed the annual budget, strategically and proactively.

1) Directly develop and grow relationships within the eight-county service area with existing and prospective financial donors. Utilize community involvement and outreach, make phone calls, conduct meetings and tours, forward the mission of the ministry, and reach fundraising goals.

2) Work with Development department team members to support and execute all other fundraising efforts, events, communications, and activities as needed to raise funds.

3) In collaboration with the Development team, participate in the creation of the Development Calendar, writing and marketing communications as it pertains to development campaigns and activities.

4) Implement existing procedures for Lapsed donors in an effort to reengage, and as a team, set goals to provide results related to reengaging these donors.

5) Implement existing procedures for new donors, and as a team, set goals and provide results related to new donor activity i.e. donor gave again, donor became a pledger, etc.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
