Mennonite Collegiate Institute, located in Gretna, Manitoba is a provincially accredited independent Anabaptist Christian high school (Gr. 9-12). MCI emphasizes a strong academic program, excellent athletic & fine arts programs and is home to a thriving boarding program. Our mission is to educate young people in an Anabaptist-Christian context, seeking to develop each student’s God-given potential, providing a practice ground for maturing faith in Jesus Christ, in thought, love and action. Our staff team is pivotal in achieving these goals.
We’re looking to hire a half-time Donor Development Coordinator.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to initiate, guide, and coordinate donor development projects
- Outgoing, personable, and creative
- Effective communication skills—both verbally and in writing
- General literacy in financial planning and management
- Computer literate – working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Ability to work well as a team member and independently
- Affinity with the school’s mission and goals
- Familiarity with fundraising database platforms considered an asset
