Job description

Expectations: Employees are expected to drive to and from client homes, harness and leash dogs, walk them around their own neighborhoods or occasionally transport them for excursions to nearby parks, feed and administer medicine to pets, play with pets in-home, dispose of pet waste and clean up minor messes.

Pay: Employees are paid a 70% commission for this work. For example, an employee makes $21 for an hour long dog walk or $10.50 for a 20 minute dog walk which means that pay varies a bit depending on what lengths of visits and how many visits are on the schedule for the day.

Qualifications: No degree or prior experience required. Must genuinely love animals and have their best interest at heart. Must be patient, compassionate, honest, reliable and communicative. Important to be able to walk for hours at a time and occasionally lift small dogs, boxes of litter, etc.
