Job description

· Process and track changes to engineering data (e.g. ECN, BOM/Item requests).

· Assist in the preparation of design change documents (e.g., ECN's, EDR's).

· Prepares, updates and controls product structures including settings to insure data and part requirements are accurately depicted and structured in accordance with required material movement within the ERP system.

· Create “items” in the ERP system.

· Generates Engineering documents and changes to these documents (e.g specs, EDR).

· Interpret drawing list of material information as it relates to parts breakdown and "used on" callouts for the purpose of providing appropriate documents in response to requests and computer input.

· Provides various status reports and charts of product changes and processes for further analysis and follow up.

· Coordinates the release of all product changes and ensures accurate record keeping and task completion.

· Forwards and monitors, engineering data to regulatory agencies and customers.

· Distributes engineering documents both electronically and via paper distribution processes.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Ability to work with specific computer software including Microsoft Office, Movex, and IDOC’s

· Familiarity with Change Control Management procedures, ERP system and industry terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
