Arizona Professionals Health Program is a psychiatric private-practice helmed by Dr. Monica Faria, a double-Board certified Addiction Psychiatrist. We are looking for one to two individuals to hire full-time as Administration and Documentation Specialists. This role includes assisting in drafting reports for various Arizona Boards (Medical Board, Dental Board, FAA, etc.), scribing during sessions, completeing set-up and providing support during appointments and maintaining an organized schedule. We are searching for someone with a strong background in writing who has great time-management skills and is ready to be a team-player. Paralegals, contract administrators, secretaries, communcation specialists and other professionals with similar skill-sets are encouraged to apply!

Pay is competitive and determined based on prior experience. The office is currently open Monday through Thursday, with Friday through Sunday off. The professional support and clinical experience offered in this position is invaluable to an individual considering careers in medicine, law, or research!
