District Sales Manager - Southern CA

ATG Electronics is an industrial and commercial LED light fixture provider established since 2001.

ATG is known for our motto “Always Think Green” as we aim to provide the world with the highest performing products, reducing customers electricity consumptions and ultimately decreasing carbon emissions. We are now expanding our business into EV chargers, electricity storage and other related equipment, and looking for talent people to join and grow with the company.

Our headquarters is located at Montclair, California.

Responsibilities:

•The District Sales Manager will be responsible for reaching district and corporate goals for sales and profitability growth through value added interactions with our representatives and distributor partners

•The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong interest in energy saving related area such as lighting, PV system, solar, inverters, etc. and a commitment to serving customers

•Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to develop sales plan as well as inventory forecasts.

•Coordinate with manufacturer representatives, distributors, and others to promote and maintain successful profitable business relationships with current and potential customers.

•Call on key end-users and contractors to promote the company into progressive markets

•Provide appropriate training, technical guidance, and assistance regarding product and application.

•Responsible for ensuring reps, distributors, and contractors are trained

•Business travels required.

Qualifications:

•1-3 years of electrical sales experience

•1-3 years of selling through electrical distribution

•Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

•Experience working with utility companies is a strong plus.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Benefits include insurance (health, dental, vision, and life), 401 (K) plan with company contribution, Sick and PTO time and Holiday pay.
