This job requires individuals who are highly organized, understand the trucking industry, communicate well, and are dedicated to providing only the highest quality of service to our customers. We are looking for candidates that must be a strong team player who will demonstrate drive and initiative with a positive and professional approach. This position requires a strong attention to detail, good communication (written and verbal) and the ability to demonstrate problem -solving skills, to change direction in response to changing work situations.

Job Overview:

• Act as point contact for drivers
• Answer all incoming phone calls, re-routing if necessary to the appropriate department
• Monitor phones and email and provide timely responses to customers inquires
• Create and update location profiles in computer system
• Request futher information if data seems insufficient
• Ability to deal professionally with customers
• Communicate with all levels within the organization as well as with customers

Requirements:

• Strong ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Self-directed, efficient, punctual, and reliable

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability

• Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
