- Provide positive and ongoing support to drivers
- Manage, assign, and track trips / routes
- Assist drivers with breakdowns, accidents, incidents, reports
- Check and enter driver payroll
Job Requirements:
- ability to provide support to drivers in a professional and positive manner
- strong customer service skills
- excellent problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask
- Strong Computer Skills - MS Office / Excel
