FIRELEADS Inc. is in Carson City and accepting resumes for entry level, full-time (39hrs/week) for the position of communication specialist / dispatcher. This position is a desk office job with an emphasis on listening to radio transmissions and writing up reports in a pre made google email templates. Training provided - Apply today!

(Weekend DAYS- 4 Days): Thurs 12pm to 6pm (6hrs) + Fri, Sat, Sun 6am to 6pm (33 hrs) = 39 hours per week

(Weekend SWING- 4 Days): Thurs 12pm to 6pm (6hrs) + Fri, Sat, Sun 12pm to 12am (33 hrs) = 39 hours per week

(Weekday SWING- 4 Days): Thurs 6pm to 12am (6hrs) + Fri, Sat, Sun 12pm to 12am (33 hrs) = 39 hours per week

HOURLY PAY RANGE:

- Competitive Salary hourly $16.00 to $20.00 hourly DOE

DUTIES :

• Working as a part of a team to provide accurate and punctual information in the form of reports to our clients using google platform.
• Production of informational reports using google platform.
• Use of multiple media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and local news to gather information on incidents.
• Use of google maps and google platform for report writing.
• Listening via audio computer player to radio traffic of current or in progress restoration incidents.
• Answering customer requests both via email and phone.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current Nevada residency required, no relocation & no remote working available
• Must be 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen, proof of identification, and social security card
• Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ wpm)
• Previous dispatch and or communications experience preferred but not required
• Entry level position with training available
