Job description

HVAC Service Dispatcher/Office Person will help maintain the service technician’s daily schedules and monitor the technicians via Service Titan. They will schedule service calls and check-up as well as return trips with customers when ordered parts are received.
Responsibilities:

Schedule/coordinate service calls & input calls into our scheduling software.
Efficiently assign tech’s calls to minimize wasted trips, time and fuel.
Process customer’s service agreements and schedule maintenance.
Input work orders, process customer invoices & tender payments.
Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Various other administrative duties as the business requires.

Requirements:

1 year or more of HVAC dispatching experience needed.
Must have a happy, courteous and patient demeaner
Must have outstanding customer service and phone skills.
Ability to multi-task, able to work independently
Comfortable with handling a multi-line phone system and answering calls quickly.
Service Titan software experience a plus.
Must have reliable transportation with excellent attendance.

Job Details:
Full time position
Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. (No nights, weekends or managing after-hours techs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
