Job description

This position is responsible for managing milk run/truck load and all specialty accounts. Responsibilities include updating websites, monitoring timeliness of the drivers and routes. Communication to suppliers/plants/customers, drivers and all Internal departments and terminal locations.

The following positions are available for immediate hire:

7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Requirements/Skills

Dispatch/transportation experience is required.
Prior Route Management experience is required.
Must be able to effectively communicate to all organizational levels.
Must be able to effectively manage drivers, including enforcing current company policies.
Ability to work independently.
Proven ability to solve problems and work in high pressure situations.
Knowledge of TMW software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Know, support and enforce company policies and expectations.
Organized, responsible and dependability a MUST.
Education/Experience

Experience in logistics or manufacturing preferred
Post-secondary education or have 1-2 year’s industry experience.
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday.
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Flexibility in schedule when coworkers take time off a plus.
Weekend requirements to be determined-weekend rotation.
