Job Classification: Full-Time

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Receiving and dispatching telecommunications calls to and from field technicians
• Maintaining contact with field technicians
• Gathers information from technicians including nature, location, and status of install jobs
• Entering, updating, and retrieving information while using multiply software platforms
• Providing assistance in taking information over the telephone
• Notifies appropriate supervisors related to problems or complaints
• Preparing work orders for technicians or receiving work from technicians
• Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories
• Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service and effective communication skills
• Ability to navigate through various computer software systems independently
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Great time management skills
• Ability to deal with conflict resolution
• Team player with ability to motivate others
• Must be willing to work flexible shift, holidays and weekends as needed
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
