ATDS is looking for qualified candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are local to the California City, CA area. As a Track control radio dispatcher, you will provide radio communications and coordinate the use of the track system to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the proving ground test track.

We're looking for entry-level and experienced dispatchers to work Full-Time 7:00am to 4:30 pm Sunday through Thursday, but Training will consist of two weeks from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm; Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• Pre-employment criminal, driving record and other background checks
• Clean Driving Record (no points within the last 3 years) Current Driver's License
• Basic to advanced Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service-based working environment
• Dispatching experience is preferred
• Experience and knowledge of proving ground testing is helpful

Duties:

• Operate track control radios to ensure proper use of test tracks
• Schedule special training needs and dispatch support as required
• Monitor and communicate test track conditions and closures
• Operate control gates to allow access to test tracks
• Keep current logs of track activity
• Actively observe track conditions and traffic via radio and on track patrol
• Update daily and weekly reports to management from logs
• perform other duties as requested

All work will comply with corporate, state, and federal rules and regulations including EPA, Hazmat, OSHA, and CAL-OSHA safety rules and regulations.
