Job description
The Dispatch Coordinator ensures successful delivery of our heavy equipment to our customer. As a Dispatch Coordinator you are responsible for monitoring, communicating, and directing the scheduling of equipment deliveries.
What you will do in this job:
- Ensure correct equipment is delivered safely and timely
- Work closely with other departments to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Make effective use of drivers and their capabilities while minimizing empty truck runs
- Comply with Federal and State laws

- Previous dispatch experience
- Time management skills and attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that is ever changing
