Dishwasher/Prep Cook Job Duties:
The dishwasher would ensure that the kitchen area is kept clean at all times as well as wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans and other small wares according to equipment operating requirements and the Club's standard operating procedures. Sanitation of facility, organization of equipment, and some food preparation.
